The Popular Monograph Edition of the Sarajevo Haggadah is aimed at the wide circle of readers with an interest in this unique medieval manuscript. It printed to the highest graphic standard in offset gold technique to bring out the full beauty of the illustrations and calligraphy. The format will be 240 x 300 mm – larger than the original manuscript in order to magnify the details. The Popular Edition of the Sarajevo Haggadah has 288 pages, of which 39 are reproductions of folios with full-page illuminations in colour, six folios of large pictures with text, 71 folios of illuminated text in colour, 19 folios of coloured calligraphy, and 110 folios of text. It include a scholarly introduction and explanatory text by Dr Jakob Finci, President of the Jewish Community of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with its seat in Sarajevo.
